Am sick of looking at my face!!
To go in my self promotion box I have created a series of cards front and back, with a little bit about me, my work and some colour in cards of my self, the other side I have included photos of myself and my logo.
I have thought that there are too many pictures of myself in this project but at least they will remember me!

Self Promo box is coming together.
Been working on this today it’s definitely getting there, a few things to be added and much more experimenting.
For the back of the box I wanted something fun, interesting instead of boring information this way who ever receives my box can interact with it.
At the moment I have a word search of things I like and two different colour in’s of my face.
The back of the colour me in boxes are still plain and need some experimenting and would also include free crayons.
Also if anyone has any ideas what else could be on the back feel free to let me know!

An update of myself promotion piece.
My idea is to create a packaging for myself as if I came in box form, I have mostly taken inspiration from cereal boxes but also other packaging for close detail such as nutrition or anything else that comes on a packaging. Still haven’t decided on what could be on the back, a task for tonight and I haven’t decided what to include inside, but the design is starting to come together just more experimenting and thinking.

New logo?
I’ve been wanting to include my full name into my logo, I just haven’t known how but this seems to work, even though it works by it’s self I think having my name on top gives it a bit more depth, you can also see straight away what the c and B stand for. I still can’t settle on what colour to have my logo for now it is this colour, it’ll probably change.

I’ve Neglected Tumblr for a while so time to do some updating.
Here is my final logo. Coming up with a logo for myself has been so difficult I have created many but this is one I am happy with. Whilst producing my logo I have come to the conclusion that my name is just awkward with Charlotte being long and Brooks being short, they don’t fit together nicely. My initials being CB don’t make a nice logo either after many attempts of using different fonts I decided to make my own I wanted a font that was quite flow so mixing other fonts together I came up with one that worked well the two letters flow from one another, it is better over layered I have put this is a circle to add a background the letters by themselves didn’t give as much of an impact.

Nice illustrations on a variety of packaging, maybe on my own I could create imagery that represents myself, brighten it up abit and not make it boring and full of text although I do want that to be the main focus.

I like the style of this chocolate packaging, it is kept very wimple but has an organic feel to it, this could easily be screen printed.There is not alot of information on the packaging but is has been broken up nicely. There also doesn’t need to be alot of colour on a packaging this has only used 2 but it works would be very easy to be reproduced.

Here is my website finished and opened in a browser, all the links are working which is a good sign. I have enjoyed coding and hopefully I’ll be able to do some more in the future.

Coding the last page, I haven’t found coding that difficult, I have met some difficulties but managed to sort them out for eg. I started to code each image separating on this page and with it not working I realised it would be easier to do each line in a separate line, so an hour of frustration gone away in a few mins, if only I did that in the first place, feeling proud of myself for doing most of this by myself though.
